About this program
This visual arts workshop is available in three different mediums: watercolour, acrylic, or printmaking. The principles of design will be taught from an Indigenous art lens. Indigenous geometry, shapes, colour scheme, and form lines will be discussed and to create unique individual artworks. Participants will also learn the names and meanings of Indigenous shapes and designs as well as information about various Indigenous artists from Turtle Island.
