About this program
Students discover the world of sound effects by recreating sounds from film and cartoon clips using their voices and everyday objects.
In French or English, they explore how to bring a scene to life by creating soundscapes, effects, and sound effects synchronized with the image. They experiment with different techniques, using their voices as well as simple everyday objects to reproduce realistic or imaginary sounds.
The activity encourages play, experimentation, and creativity in a fun and accessible environment. Without language pressure, participants can express themselves freely, try new things, and collaborate to create a collective sound experience.
The workshop concludes with a reveal of the final result, creating a moment of surprise, laughter, and shared pride.
