About this program

Ottawa-Gatineau Feb. 2 – 6 & Feb. 9 – 13 2026: Students will take a journey to West Africa and hear the story of Masa-Senekela, a farmer-king who is worried about the future of his people. Masa-Senekela creates dances, songs and music to encourage the new generation to start working towards a brighter future.

One performance (1 hour - incl. Q & A): $1,420 + HST 

Two performances (same day and same school): $2,835 + HST

Venues over 25km from Ottawa centre will be charged a travel fee for artist's transportation costs.
