About this program
Fun, interactive, and full of energy, this performance turns your school space into a joyful jazz celebration where every student is invited to participate and discover the joy of jazz.
This is not a sit-still-and-watch kind of concert. Kellylee gets students moving, grooving, snapping, clapping, listening, laughing, and singing as she brings jazz to life with her powerhouse voice and infectious energy. Through call-and-response, rhythm games, vocal play, and musical storytelling, students become part of the performance while learning how jazz works from the inside out.
Along the way, Kellylee introduces students to improvisation, timing, breath control, vocal expression, and the sounds of iconic jazz singers and musicians. Students will hear how jazz connects to creativity, confidence, self-expression, and musical freedom.
