The session begins with Amanda’s mesmerizing Jingle Dress dance performance. Amanda will share the profound significance and historical context of the Jingle Dress in Indigenous culture. Following the captivating performance, Amanda will delve deeper into the world of powwows, regalia, and diverse powwow dances. But the excitement doesn’t end there! Amanda will invite you to participate in the experience through an interactive powwow workout. Embracing the spirit of dance, she will guide participants through engaging and energetic exercises inspired by powwow dance movements.
