Create Your Own Script: Write and Dub Your Story

Participants become the creators of their own universe by inventing an original script based on silent video clips.
Working in groups, they imagine dialogues, characters, and situations, all while respecting the rhythm and synchronization constraints of dubbing.
The workshop encourages creativity, collaboration, and oral expression, while introducing concepts such as narrative structure, tone, and intention.
Once their script is finalized, students move on to the recording phase, discovering the joy of lending their voices to characters they imagined themselves. Includes a final video with newly recorded student scripts.

This residency aligns with the French and Arts Education curriculum (Drama and Media Arts). It helps develop skills in oral and written expression, storytelling, narrative structure, and analyzing creative intent. The residency also encourages the collaborative creation of multimedia content and the development of transferable skills such as creative thinking, communication, and teamwork.
